Silverdale Adventure PArk
Employed as the main contractor for the development of one of North Auckland’s Newest Adventure Parks. Works encompassed the construction of several rides including the implementation of the main luge track, indoor play area, ticketing and office complex’s.
Wainui Road
A landmark commercial development in the center of Silverdale, comprising 8 retail shops, 9 offices, gastropub and French bakery. Situated on a key intersection of Silverdale St and Wainui Rd, this development was one of the first spearheading the redevelopment of the Silverdale town center on the back of over 10,00 new homes being actively developed in the region.
Florence Avenue
A mixed use complex of commercial officing and ground floor retail in the Orewa town centre. A 3 story construction tailored to meet the need of our client and best utilize the site for its commercial return. Working with Auckland Councils urban design to bring retail to the front of the site and provide an active street frontage with ample car parking to the rear this development was fully tenanted upon completion.
Foundary Road
Four 300m2 industrial units developed in Silverdale’s industrial park. Built to meet the demand for small, functional, new industrial units in the region. Fully leased before completion.

Moana Avenue
Previously a former Police Station site in Orewa. The site was procured by Larman Construction who were entrusted to design and build the new Medical Centre on Moana Road to a full medical standard.

A circa 700 square meter office block commissioned to provide a high quality office complex in Orewa’s the town center. Split across 3 floor featuring undercover car parking to the rear and sea views from the top floor offices the complex was quickly occupied lawyers and accountants wanting to make the most of the location and building quality.
