Founding Director

Founder of the company starting 30 years ago in the UK. With experience in construction and development within NZ and abroad Barry has a wide range of expertise in development and construction of apartment complexes & schools through to large scale industrial parks and entertainment parks. Barry’s expertise has seen him undertake developments that have helped shape the Hibiscus Coast and Albany regions over the past few years.

Director | HND, (Archtech) | ARICS

Lee is a Director of Larman Construction and a Licensed Building Practitioner.  His foundation draws from expertise in building design working in London as part of a solid 20 year career of work in the design and construction management fields. Lee co-ordinates all aspects of the building projects from land acquisition to budgeting, client consultation and final completion of the building development in the prescribed time frame.

Director | BBS, (VPM, MGMT)

Richard joins Lee as a Director of Larman Construction.  With a background in real estate and commercial asset management Richard has a strong focus building Larman Constructions development projects capacity and bring on new clients to the firm. Richard also has a strong background in Health and Safety protocols managing the H&S implementation and quality assurance across the companies projects.

Phil Johnson

Site Manager

As an LBP and with a background in engineering Phil brings a high level of expertise to all his projects. Overseeing the commercial and residential builds, Phil is a valued team member both for his quality of work and expert knowledge.

Accounts

Lorna runs the accounts team for Larman Construction with a particular focus on account management and project financial management. Lorna also brings a wide range of experience from the UK with over 10 years experience working for large corporates in London before moving to NZ.

Jared heads up the Maintenance team focused on delivering sound advice to our long standing clients and protecting their assets.
